- Stationery&book aid for a village school in Bitlis (01/2010)
In January 2010, we funded book and stationery to the Güzeli Village Primary School of Güroymak town in Bitlis, where 243 students receive education, with the cooperation of our Board of Directors and all employees.
- Cengiz Makina Children Forest (04/2010-04/2011)
Cengiz Makina not only focuses on internal and external customer satisfaction, but also fullfils the responsibility towards environment. “Cengiz Makina Forest’’ is one of the activity to expand Cengiz Makina family and ensure them to have a pleasant day with their teammates and families. The project organized firstly on 23 April, 2010 is eventuated more interest and participation with our growing team every year. After the children have had the opportunity to see their parents’ working environment, they go to plant together. We make a picnic there together and give the children their presents.While the children,whose family new participants in Cengiz Makina, have the first enthusiasm in planting, the children attended this activity last year get the opportunity to see their grown trees.

We have an enjoyable day by playing games as pulling ropes and wearing a sack and dancing together accompanied by music after meals and desserts with the participation of all our employees and their families at the picnic. We, as Cengiz Makina Family, welcome the summer with hope .
- The scholarships for our employees’ undergraduate childrens (09/2010-…)
We have started to give scholarships for our employees’ children who attend university since September 2010.Thus, while contributing our employees’ budget, we also support their children education.
- Apprentice Training Project (09/2010-…)
We started a new project in September 2010 as to strenghten further our working environment in which the awareness of development and team work are become widespread. With the agreement of Vocational Training Center, we decided to train up our apprentices along 3 years .Our apprentices have one day theoretical training in the school and 5 days practical training in our company. They will go on working after finishing their school and getting the Apprentice Certificate. Each year, we continue to train up a certain number of apprentices.
- The Machinery Grant for Technical and Industrial Vocational High School (10/2010)
Cengiz Makina added a new other to its corporate social responsibility activity. Cengiz Makina proved once again how important the education and development for its by granting the CNC machinery to Hatice Bayraktar Anatolian Technical and Industrial Vocational School. Thus, we both contribute students’ education and also give training to our future interns at their own schools.
